Our stylists work by appointment only. Unfortunately we do not take walk-ins.
Confirmation texts & emails are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Please confirm your appointment.
Failure to respond or confirm could result in cancellation of your appointment.
deposit / cancellation policy
it’s important to understand that when canceling appointments without giving enough notice, or not showing up to appointments scheduled, businesses (and stylists) lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other guests waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. all appointment bookings are subject to the following terms:
a credit card is required to reserve an appointment. this card is used to collect deposits as well as our charge for our 48 (business) hour cancellation policy.
should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 (business) hours prior to your appointment time by responding to the text message or email that has been sent to you or by calling us at (407) 650-1811 orlando or (407) 374-3333 winter park during business hours..
first time guests: we will collect a deposit that will be applied to the total on the day of service. ($100 for color services / $50 for cutting services / $25 for clipper cuts). failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in forfeit of deposit and a new payment will be required for any future appointments.
established guests: if you fail to comply with our 48 cancellation policy, we will charge the card on file 50% of the scheduled services.
