Confirmation texts & emails are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Please confirm your appointment. Failure to respond or confirm could result in cancellation of your appointment.
deposit / cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations may be made by responding to your confirmation text, or by calling us during business hours at Orlando: 407.650.1811 or Winter Park 407.374.3333.
First-Time Guests: A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total on the day of service. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Established Guests: Failure to comply with our 48-hour cancellation policy will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file.
A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
